What Will You Contribute?
This role contributes to the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. The Payroll Associate reports to the Payroll Manager, is typically located within the Finance department, and supports employees across the organization by managing payroll operations for US payroll resolving queries, and maintaining payroll records.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of semimonthly payroll, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in marital status, tax codes, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and provide necessary reports.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to systems such as ADP, workday, or NetSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll software, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
