We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to handle
payroll processing, statutory compliance, daily operations, and client coordination
for our HR outsourcing services. The role ensures timely payroll, accurate filings, and smooth client servicing as per agreed SLAs.
Prior experience in managing Payroll and Compliance for client organisations will be preferred. Females preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll
Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for assigned clients
Verify attendance, salary changes, reimbursements, and F&F
Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports
Ensure payroll follows minimum wages and statutory rules
Compliance
Prepare and file PF, ESIC, LWF, PT (if applicable), and TDS (24Q)
Generate PF ECR & ESIC challans
Maintain statutory registers and employee records
Track due dates and ensure timely filing every month
Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries
Share payroll inputs, reports, and MIS as per SLAs
Coordinate with clients on documentation, approvals, and clarifications
Join monthly/quarterly review calls
Operations
Support onboarding/ offboarding documentation
Maintain accurate employee master data
Keep audit-ready records and compliance logs
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
SLA & Quality Compliance
Ensure 100% on-time payroll and filing
Maintain high accuracy and error-free processing
Escalate risks or delays proactively
Follow standard processes and checklists
Skills Required
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and S&E (Delhi)
Understanding of payroll process and salary structure
Good Excel skills
Strong communication and client-handling ability
Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
