Payroll Administration



Prepare and process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for all employees with a high degree of accuracy. Verify timesheets, attendance records, and approved wage changes. Maintain employee payroll information, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and company policies. Assist with payroll reporting, audit requests, and year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s, etc.) Human Resources & Onboarding
Coordinate new-hire onboarding including offer letters, pre-employment documents, background checks, I-9 verification, and benefits enrollment.

Maintain and update employee files and HRIS records.
oSupport benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.

Assist with company policy updates, compliance documentation, and training logs. Provide day-to-day HR support regarding attendance, employee relations, and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
