We're looking for an experienced

Payroll and Accounts Executive

with a strong background in

USA Trucking / Logistics

operations.

The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Payroll processing, Accounts Receivables, and industry-specific documentation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in Payroll and Accounts Receivables

Mandatory experience in USA Trucking / Logistics

Strong understanding of payroll cycles, driver settlements, and AR processes Excellent command of English (written and verbal) Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting tools/software (TMS or trucking-related software preferred) Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage and track Accounts Receivables, including follow-ups Coordinate with operations, drivers, and customers for financial documentation Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist in resolving payroll or AR-related discrepancies Support daily accounting functions to ensure smooth financial workflow
