As Payroll Analyst, you will be accountable for data integrity, payroll accuracy & compliance for the country(ies) within your scope. Your primary focus will be to ensure that payroll and payments toward employees and third parties are processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.

This role is for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. Renewal will depend on employee\'s performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated. \

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing monthly payroll reconciliations, journal and accrual reports

• Be responsible for data validation, resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines, and addressing payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner

• Work with the team to contribute to continuous process harmonization and improvement, development of payroll policies and procedure documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date guidelines
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations and reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, government correspondences/statutory compliance

• Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations and explore automation opportunities

• Be the main point of contact on a country level for internal and external audits by coordinating payroll feedback

• Manage relationships with various stakeholders and payroll providers with a focus on the accuracy, timely receipt of payroll reports, and compliance with local legislation

Who we\'re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll management experience in an international organization
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills/mindset
• Highly proficient in interpreting new rules and regulations as well as the implementation of new processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented
• High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
