1. Processing and validating client Payroll.
2. Collecting Attendance report and sending pay sheet on time.
3. Statutory Compliance. (EPF, ESIC, Challan, Claims, Registrations)
4. Establish and maintain cordial relationships with clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable India payroll, tax, and labor laws.
6. Administer payroll deductions, benefits, bonus payouts, and other variable components
7. Provide guidance and support to Client regarding payroll-related queries.
8. Ensure all deliverables agreed upon in the scope of engagement with various client organizations are fulfilled, including statutory compliance.
