We are seeking an experienced

Payroll and Accounts Executive

, to join our team. Applicants must have a strong background in

USA Trucking / Logistics

operations and hands-on experience in Payroll processing, Accounts Receivables, and industry-specific documentation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in Payroll and Accounts Receivables

Mandatory experience

in USA Trucking / Logistics Strong understanding of payroll cycles, driver settlements, and AR processes Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work with accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage time-sensitive tasks Proficiency in accounting tools/software (TMS or trucking-related systems preferred) Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage and track Accounts Receivables, including follow-ups Coordinate with operations, drivers, and customers regarding financial documentation Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with resolving payroll or AR-related discrepancies Support daily accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial workflow
