Payroll Accounting - CA Inter - 4+ Years - MumbaiWe are looking for a CA Inter professional with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and payroll accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global BPM leader based in Mumbai, in a full-time, work-from-office setup (5 days a week).Location - Mumbai - Work from office - 5 days a week.Your Future Employer - A leading global business process management (BPM) organization.Responsibilities - * Manage payroll accounting and assist in monthly book closure.

• Conduct cost analysis to track variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Create and present MIS reports to support decision-making.
• Reconcile assets and liabilities along with statutory payment schedules.

Requirements - * CA Inter qualified mandatory (no other qualifications will be considered).

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in payroll accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and trust accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience with quarterly audits and working with auditors.
