Manage payroll processing for employees on a monthly basis.
Handle salary calculations, deductions, advances, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and related payroll documentation.
Assist in preparing financial statements, vouchers, and reconciliation of accounts.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding payroll queries.
Support in day-to-day accounting activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
Knowledge of payroll systems, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
