About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our Transactions Services team. You'll play a key role in processing accounts payable invoices and employee expenses, driving automation and process improvements, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
We're looking for two motivated individuals, one to work US hours and one to work APAC hours with the ability to see and act on opportunities to improve processes. You'll be using ground-breaking tools and techniques, as well as coaching team members to achieve goals.

What you'll be doing
Processing third-party invoices in accordance with agreed SLAs and documented process
Understanding and maintaining robust controls within a paperless environment
Handling and responding to queries raised through a service desk in a timely and customer-oriented manner
Providing analysis as required
Maintaining and enhancing documentation of processes
Making suggestions for system enhancements
Working on process improvement and other ad hoc projects
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics, having graduated with at least 2:1 from a top university/school or equivalent
1+ years of experience working in finance, ideally delivering transaction services, such as employee expenses processing
A solid track record of achievements, supported by data and logical thinking
Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
A desire to learn and grow in your career
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work
Availability to work either US or APAC hours
