Job Description

Test Planning & Design:

Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for payment flows (e.g., card payments, UPI, digital wallets, online transfers).

Execution:

Perform functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing.

Defect Management:

Identify, document, track, and manage defects, working with developers for resolution.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT) and regulations (RBI for UPI).

Automation:

Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.

Reporting:

Generate test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work with BAs, developers, and product managers in Agile environments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of payment processing, payment gateways, and methods (Cards, UPI, ACH, SWIFT).

Technical Skills:

SQL, Automation Tools (Selenium, Playwright), Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM).

Testing Expertise:

SDLC, STLC, Test Strategy, Test Data Management, Defect Life Cycle.
