Key Responsibilities:
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately
- Process ERA/EOB and reconcile accounts
- Download and review EOBs from insurance portals
-Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with billing and denial teams
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of medical billing and RCM process
- Understanding of ERA/EOB and payment posting
- Good attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of insurance portals
- Good communication skills
Education:Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare preferred)
