ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all Operational and Administrative related activities within Prepaid Card/UPI Operations. Maximize profitability of the cards business by ensuring efficiency, security, control, manage costs, manage risk and that quality service is provided to both internal & external customers in accordance with agreed service standards. ? Develop and maintain a robust Card Operations for one of the fastest growing prepaid card business and ensure that the operational procedures conform to the Network & Regulatory standards. Bring operational efficiency and controls and include effective internal controls to manage operational risks and stand the test of audit. ? Manage overall activities within Card Operations and ensure that timely and quality services are provided to both internal and external customers through customer-focused operations in order to maximize cardholder satisfaction, minimize cardholder attrition, strengthen brand image and maximize profitability. ? Observe/audit financial transactions on the application at all times and alert if anything out of the ordinary happens. ? Observe/audit infrastructure and message processing monitoring through the provided tools and alert any issues. ? Maintains detailed knowledge of a subset of product and service offerings to customers ? Analyses risk areas and identifies solutions to meet customer's needs. Ensuring Information security for sensitive data & Accurate reporting of MIS/Timekeeping ? Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Obopay, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. OBOPAY Page 3 of 5 COMPANY PROFILE ? Continuously review, recommend and implement improvements / enhancements to operational procedures & workflow within Card Operations. ? Ensure that all facilities within Card Operations are always maintained in good condition in order to eliminate possible downtime. ? Work closely with Sales function to ensure that all operational support is addressed whenever a new product or new product features are launched in the market. ? Work closely with IT to ensure that all operational supports are addressed on new system initiatives / enhancements / on-going business needs. ? Maximise both internal and external customer satisfaction through customer-focused operations and policies, implementation and monitoring of service standards, and effective complaint management. ? Analysis of customer disputes, affidavit of fraud and other documents received from MasterCard ? Maintain daily MIS for incoming & outgoing retrieval & chargeback ? Process Chargeback cycle activities which include Retrieval Requests, Representations, Compliance and Arbitrations. ? Contact customers to retrieve valid supporting documents pertaining to the Chargebacks. Analyse, scrutinize and evaluate the documents received according to the guidelines laid by MasterCard and then represent the chargeback. ? Process new corporate applications, Prepaid card, renewals and dispatch and execute end to end card production process. ? Execute all card maintenance requests like expiration, pin number, address modification & loss. ? Executing Card & POS Operation transactions / activities and reconciliation processes effectively to ensure proper settlements including NAPS, UPI & ATM Reconciliation. ? Participate in all card/POS related system testing for all enhancements and new systems QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND THAT A CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WHEN APPLYING FOR THE POSITION ? University degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Financial Accountancy OBOPAY Page 4 of 5 COMPANY PROFILE PREFERRED SKILLS ADDITIONAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED FAVORABLE FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION. ? Strong knowledge of Prepaid/Debit/Credit Card & POS operations ? Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Card Operations including Visa / MasterCard regulations, transaction flows and preferably the message formats ? Knowledge in EMV and 3D Secure transactions especially from a dispute resolution perspective ? Strong in Microsoft Excel & Analytical skills WORKING CONDITIONS ? General Shift. ? Must be flexible to extend working hours when needed and to accommodate coordination with multi-location teams.
