Your role in the Team
You're upbeat and enthusiastic, and you have an open mind and a curious, can-do attitude which you will fit right into the team.
You, like us, understand the importance of collaboration and are driven to be the best in what you do. As you will be part of a multi - functional team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure client's funding and withdrawals occur smoothly to and from their trading account.
You will be proactive with any queries and requests from clients to ensure they are answered and ensure you maintain up to date with changes to regulations and new payment trends and to date with all things Payments at IG.
What you'll do
Accurate and efficient processing of deposits into IG in accordance with international and local compliance regulations
Processing and release of withdrawals across IG's different payment methods such as Card, Bank and PayPal
Regulation and enforcement of IG's strict anti-money laundering controls, including the verification of bank statement and payment methods
Administration of IG's payment and banking portals to enable effective processing
Problem-solve complex issues and errors to resolve payment queries
Handling of daily reports, posting of bonuses/tax and audits
Cross-departmental communication to facilitate effective handling of queries
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise team performance.

What you'll need for this role
Although desirable you don't need a background in finance to apply. We'll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.
What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detail - plus:
A degree-level education
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Happy to commit to shift pattern that covers UK hours ( 12.30pm to 03:30am IST)
The ability to work well under pressure
To be able to establish rapport with people of all status and background
A logical and analytical approach
Very good organization and time management skills
Literacy in MS Office
Strong attention to detail.
