Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Recovery and Payment Follow-up Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Tally and possess a strong understanding of invoicing, accounting, and payment follow-up processes. This role is critical to ensuring that our accounts receivable are managed effectively and payments are collected in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Follow-up:

Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner.

Invoicing & Billing:

Assist in generating accurate invoices and track the status of these invoices for payment collection. Maintain a clean and up-to-date record of all invoices issued.

Daily Reporting:

Prepare daily reports on outstanding payments, collections, and payment statuses. Provide detailed summaries for the management team.

Accounts Reconciliation:

Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts, ensuring that all payments are accurately matched with invoices.

Balance Matching:

Monitor and verify payment balances to ensure correct allocation to respective accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise.

Customer Communication:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for effective communication on payment issues, payment extensions, and payment disputes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of payments, invoices, and reconciliation of accounts.
