Payment Follow-up Executives

to handle customer payment reminders and ensure timely EMI updates. The role involves visiting customers, reminding them of due payments, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers for

pending EMI or overdue payments

Conduct

field visits and phone reminders

for follow-ups Update payment status and maintain daily reports Support the finance team in closing pending cases Build good communication with customers for smooth coordination

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills Willingness for

field visits

if required Basic Excel knowledge preferred Experience in

loan or finance sector

(preferred but not mandatory)
