We are looking for a Payment Follow-up Executive to manage client payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances.
Update payment status in Tally and generate reports.
Coordinate with internal accounts and sales teams for payment-related queries.
Resolve discrepancies in payment receipts and invoices.
Ensure timely escalation of overdue payments to management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in payment follow-up/accounts.
Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
