We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Female Payments Follow-up Executive

to manage receivables and ensure timely payment collection from clients in our plastic manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and messages Maintain daily outstanding and payment follow-up records Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding invoices and collections Share regular reports on payment status and aging Resolve basic billing or payment-related queries Ensure proper documentation of payments received

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred 2-3 years of experience in payment follow-up / accounts coordination Experience in manufacturing industry preferred (plastic/industrial background is a plus) Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes Ability to handle follow-ups firmly and professionally
