Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers/clients for payment collection.

Remind customers about pending or overdue payments and provide details of invoices.

Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication with clients.

Update customer interaction details in CRM or system after every call.

Share payment options and assist clients in completing transactions.

Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to update received payments.

Handle queries and resolve disputes regarding outstanding bills.

Send reminders via calls, SMS, or emails as required.

Escalate unresolved cases to seniors for further action.

Graduation required and experience in payment collection would be preferable.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
