Desired Candidate Profile:

An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in payment collection/recovery Candidates for Credit Card/Banking recovery are highly preferred Immediate joiners are preferable Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license Candidates in and around Chennai are preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Contacting debtors to collect overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving payment issues. Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines related to debt collection. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, even when dealing with difficult situations. Investigating and resolving customer issues related to billing and payments. Updating customer account status and maintaining accurate records of collections efforts. Working with other departments, such as sales and accounting to coordinate collection efforts.
