Designation - Executive Payment Collection

Department - Marketing

Working days - 6

Education - Any Graduate in Finance

Exp.- 0 to 2 yrs

Key Responsibilities:-

Follow up on all due and outstanding payments with customers

.Review and understand debtor ageing reports.

Coordinate with customers for pending documents and ensure timely submission.

Act as an effective communication link between customers and the Forace team.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities.

Support the Finance and Marketing teams with collection-related updates.

Ensure timely escalation of issues where required.

Make monthly collection budget report & ensure 100 % achievement.follow for ledgers from customer & get it reconcile where needed.

Contact customers via phone calls, emails, or remind them of overdue payments.

Send payment reminders and statements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
