Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from the development phase to successful execution with the help and guidance from senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives regarding decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Coordinate organisational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all teams
- Researching and defining new business opportunities and Head the strategic planning processes and ensure ideas between the CEO and other leaders are aligned.
Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the founding team, regarding company culture, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, presentations and planning
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management - all the functions
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, from managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities for the founding team
- Tracking actions as finalized in the meetings (making sure deliverables are in time)
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective communication with existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Analyse data to draw meaningful insights, and take actions to improve processes.
- Helping key leader to prioritize their tasks and appointments.
- Writing first drafts of proposals, emails, letters, etc. on behalf of the key leader.
- Jot down the minutes of meetings the key leader is attending and ensure the action items are being worked upon.
- Shadowing the key leader in important meetings and calls.
- Be the face of the key leader while communicating with major stakeholders and his other counterparts or reportees.
- Suggest new ideas and initiatives to the key leader for the betterment of the organization.
- Prepare for upcoming meetings and provide with all the necessary information
- Managing company in its initiatives and broad programs.
- Handling the budget cycle process and helping managers to prepare their budget presentations.
- Working in sync with the Human Resources team to address potential staffing issues.
