Job Description

Position Title: PPC Executive / Officer Role Objective:To ensure smooth and efficient production by planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling all production activities, aligning them with customer orders and sales requirements while optimizing resources and meeting delivery timelines.Key Responsibilities:A. Scheduling & Planning- Prepare sample production schedules and allocate resources accordingly.- Schedule, monitor, and control day-to-day production activities.- Confirm and release work orders for timely execution.- Define daily order targets and ensure adherence.- Assign department-wise daily targets and monitor outputs.- Coordinate silver model / bagging activities for smooth workflow.- Take decision on overnight/overtime work to meet urgent export commitments.- Manage order booking in line with production capacity and priorities.- Maintain overall control of the PPC department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Coordinate closely with production and sales teams to align output with demand.B. Monitoring & Control- Track production performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.- Monitor resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials).
