Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

: Manage, train, and mentor pattern makers and support staff.

Production Oversight

: Schedule work, oversee pattern creation, repair, and maintenance.

Quality Control

: Ensure patterns meet technical drawings, have correct draft (taper) and fillets, and account for metal shrinkage.

Process Improvement

: Implement lean principles, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.

Coordination

: Liaise with quality, melting, engineering, and supply chain for seamless production.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in the pattern shop

Experience

: Extensive foundry/pattern shop experience, often 3+ years, with supervisory roles.

Education

: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgy preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
