Proficient in manual pattern-making and CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex).
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, grading, and sizing standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work with sampling, production, and quality teams.
Good communication and time-management skills.
