Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate

patterns from samples & tech packs

Develop

size sets and grading

for bulk production Ensure proper

fit, measurement & quality standards

Coordinate with

sampling and production teams

Make pattern corrections based on

fit trials & feedback

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years experience

as Pattern Master Knowledge of

manual & CAD pattern making

Strong understanding of

fitting, grading & measurements

Experience in

leggings / bottom wear / kids girl's garments

preferred Ability to work

independently for bulk production
