Pattern Master (Sportswear Division)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Pattern Master (Sportswear Division)

who specializes in activewear and performance garments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating accurate patterns for sports garments, ensuring fit, comfort, and functionality while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute patterns for

sportswear and activewear garments

(t-shirts, track pants, jackets, shorts, compression wear, etc.). Ensure proper fit, stretch, and comfort suitable for performance and sports activities. Work on

grading

patterns into multiple sizes while maintaining design accuracy. Collaborate with the

design, merchandising, and sampling teams

to translate sketches/tech packs into production-ready patterns. Conduct

fit trials

and make necessary corrections for improved performance and comfort. Solve technical issues related to garment construction during sample and bulk production. Maintain and organize a

pattern library

for sportswear. Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all pattern development processes.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Pattern Master, preferably in

sportswear/activewear garments

. Strong knowledge of

stretch fabrics, technical textiles, and garment construction for sportswear

. Proficiency in both

manual and CAD-based pattern making

(e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex - preferred). Deep understanding of sportswear fitting, ergonomics, and functional requirements. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
