Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pattern Making: Create and modify patterns using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Grading: Grade patterns to accommodate various sizes, using CAD software and manual grading techniques.

3. Marker Making: Create markers for optimal fabric utilization, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient cutting.

4. Pattern Maintenance: Maintain and update existing patterns, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and production requirements.

6. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on patterns, grading, and markers to ensure accuracy and consistency.

7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior pattern makers and other team members as needed.

8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Research and implement new technologies, techniques, and best practices in pattern making and CAD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
