We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Pattern Master

proficient in

Optitex CAD software

to join our garment export company. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in pattern making, grading, and garment fit, with hands-on experience in handling export styles and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate

patterns

for various garment styles using

Optitex CAD software

. Ensure

pattern accuracy

,

fit

, and

balance

as per design specifications and measurements. Conduct

pattern grading

for different sizes as per buyer requirements. Work closely with the

sampling

,

merchandising

, and

production

teams to ensure feasibility and production efficiency. Make necessary

pattern corrections

based on fit trials and production feedback. Create and maintain a

pattern library

and digital records of all styles. Ensure all patterns meet

buyer specifications

,

tolerances

, and

quality standards

. Provide technical support for

marker making

,

fabric utilization

, and

cost optimization

. Coordinate with the

cutting department

to ensure smooth pattern execution in bulk production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in

Garment Technology / Fashion Design

or related field. Minimum

5 years

of experience as a Pattern Master in a

garment export/manufacturing company

. Proficiency in

Optitex CAD software

(pattern making, grading, and marker making). Strong knowledge of

garment construction

,

fitting

, and

fabric behavior

. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
