Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate garment patterns for all product categories as per design and buyer requirements.

Create, modify, and grade patterns using

CAD software (Gerber/other relevant software)

.

Ensure fit, balance, and proportion of garments through sample checking and corrections.

Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and sampling team to ensure timely development.

Maintain pattern library and update records systematically.

Provide technical guidance to cutting and production teams for proper execution.

Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues during sampling and bulk production.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the apparel industry.

Strong knowledge of

CAD software (Gerber is must)

.

Good understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and production process.

Ability to handle different product categories (knits/woven).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
