. As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef/Baker in curating a harmonious and diverse menu that reflects our mission to become the number one tea room in Gurugram.
From delicate pastries and exquisite cakes to artisanal sandwiches and comforting soups, your creations will elevate our dining experience and delight our loyal patrons. Your creativity, eye for detail, and culinary flair will be central to making PTR a beloved destination for food lovers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef/Baker to curate and execute a seasonal menu that blends classic and innovative patisserie and continental dishes.
Craft a variety of high-quality baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and tarts.
Design artisanal sandwiches with unique and crowd-pleasing fillings.
Prepare soul-soothing soups and vibrant salads suited for year-round enjoyment.
Innovate tea-based beverage pairings to complement our offerings.
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation across all menu items.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, fostering efficiency and teamwork.
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgeting.
