We're looking for a Senior Executive - New Lead Management to manage patient and corporate inquiries, coordinate cashless payments, and provide an exceptional experience to our corporate patients.
Responsibilities:
Handle patient and corporate inquiries via inbound & outbound calls
Coordinate with corporate partners for cashless payments and approvals
Maintain and update accurate lead and patient data in the CRM system
Provide excellent service and support to corporate patients
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Experience in healthcare, lead management, or customer relations preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
