Passionate about communication and counselling patients to create better health outcomes, ability to advertise the service and provide quality leads. Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available; verifying findings and reports for backing up data. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications. Skills Required: Persuasion, Verbal Communication, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Patient Services, Building Relationships, Resolving Conflict, Coordination, Listening, Scheduling, Teamwork. Excellent communication skills, patience and energy along with ability to converse fluently in 2-3 languages is a must (English, Hindi, Telugu).
