Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, grievances, and feedback.
Educate patients and families about hospital policies, patient rights, and available services.
Assist patients with admission, discharge, billing clarifications, and access to welfare schemes or insurance.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient-related issues promptly.
Support vulnerable patients (elderly, disabled, low-income, or unaccompanied patients).
Monitor patient satisfaction and conduct patient rounds when required.
Facilitate counseling and emotional support for patients and families.
Ensure compliance with patient rights, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and welfare interventions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to patient care and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
