Brief Role Description
As a Patient Support Office, you will be the key link between our clinics and hospitals -- ensuring that patients who require higher care receive smooth, guided, and empathetic support throughout their journey.
You will be enabling patient-centric care pathways by handholding patients requiring higher care, through facilitating virtual consults to hospital visits and ensure every patient feels confident, cared for, and connected at every step.
Key Responsibilities
As the Patient Support Officer, you will serve as the central coordinator, ensuring that every patient prescribed a hospital-level intervention receives prompt consultation booking (physical or video), on-site billing for prerequisite diagnostics, and end-to-end handholding until service delivery is complete. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient experience and ensuring continuity of care across the NH network. In this role, you will -
Facilitate patient transitions from clinic to hospital for advanced care needs.
Coordinate in-person or virtual care by setting up physical / remote specialist consultations and virtual pre-anesthesia checkups.
Bill pre-requisite diagnostic services directly at the clinic for seamless patient flow.
Coordinate with the hospital SPOC for admission, diagnostics, and procedure scheduling.
Coordinate virtual/physical pre-anesthesia checkups, hospital admission counselling, and transport logistics
Maintain documentation and data tracking for all referred and facilitated patients.
Collaborate effectively with clinic doctors, hospital care teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
Deliver excellent patient experience through empathetic guidance, clear communication, and end-to-end handholding.
