Job Title: Patient Care Executive
Location: Asha Hospitals, Kamptee, Nagpur

Role Objective:
To ensure compassionate, attentive, and continuous support to patients and their families during their hospital stay, providing assistance with non-clinical needs, improving patient comfort, and contributing to a smooth overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Onboarding & Orientation
Welcome newly admitted patients and explain hospital facilities, processes, and services.
Guide patients and families through admission formalities and documentation.
Provide assistance in locating consultation rooms, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, etc.
Daily Patient Interaction & Support
Visit assigned patients at least 2-3 times daily to address any non-medical concerns.
Ensure patients are comfortable, have access to water, food, linen, and are aware of visiting hours, meal schedules, etc.
Act as a bridge between the patient, nursing staff, and hospital administration for coordination.
Family & Attendant Communication
Update patient attendants on general procedures or support services (e.g., diagnostics, billing).
Handle concerns with empathy and escalate any serious issues to the CRM or doctor on duty.
Service Feedback & Issue Resolution
Collect real-time feedback regarding food, cleanliness, staff behavior, etc.
Resolve minor service complaints quickly; escalate unresolved matters.
Educate patients and families about discharge processes and post-discharge services.
Specialized Elderly Patient Support (Golden Oak)
Provide extra care and attention to senior citizens, ensuring dignity, comfort, and emotional support.
Maintain daily wellness checklists for elderly patients and coordinate timely assistance with caregivers or nursing teams.
Reporting & Coordination
Document all visits, complaints handled, and escalations in daily reporting sheets.
Attend daily briefings and coordinate with front desk, nursing, and housekeeping.
Profile Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: healthcare, social work, psychology, hospitality).
1 to 3 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, and English).
Compassionate, proactive, and well-organized in handling multiple tasks.
Familiar with basic hospital etiquette and patient rights.
Salary - 10000/- to 18000/-.
