Job Title: Patient Service Assistant (HospiPal)

About the Role

HospiPals are non-medical hospital companions who assist patients and families during hospital visits and stays. They ensure comfort, companionship, and help with hospital formalities -- like having a trusted family member by your side.

Responsibilities

Support with admission, discharge, and paperwork Provide guidance and directions inside hospitals Assist with small errands (within 5 km of the hospital) Offer companionship and emotional support Ensure a smooth, stress-free hospital journey
(No medical procedures are involved -- this is strictly a non-clinical role.)

Requirements

Education: Graduate and above (any stream) Experience: Freshers welcome (0-1 year in guest services preferred) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and professional Flexible and willing to work hospital-based shifts
