We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic
Patient Service Lead
with
6-8 years
of proven experience in the
Healthcare or Pharmaceutical
domain, specializing in
Oncology or Cancer
therapies. This is a
field-intensive, 6-day work-week
role based in
Bangalore
, dedicated to driving patient access and adherence.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate coordinator and an expert relationship manager, bridging the gap between clinical recommendation and patient affordability.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between
Medical Oncologists (Doctors)
, hospital partners, and
patients/caregivers
to ensure seamless enrolment into patient support programs.
Patient Journey Management:
Manage the end-to-end patient lifecycle, providing counselling, guidance, and dedicated support from admission through discharge/therapy completion to ensure maximum patient benefit.
Compliance & Access:
Coordinate with internal and external partners (Pharma, TPA, financial institutions) to simplify treatment access, financial assistance, and monitor adherence to therapy protocols.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with key doctors and hospital administrators in the designated territory.
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience as a
Therapy Lead Manager
or Senior Key Account Manager from a major pharmaceutical company with a strong focus on high-value therapies (especially Oncology) are highly encouraged to apply.
