We are looking for a
Patient Representative
to act as the main point of contact between patients and the Ayurvedic healthcare centre. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that every patient receives courteous assistance and a smooth experience throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide patients through the registration and consultation process.
Address patient inquiries and provide information regarding treatments and services.
Coordinate appointments, billing, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
Liaise between patients and healthcare staff to ensure timely service.
Handle feedback and assist in resolving patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in a patient service, front office, or healthcare role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and record management.
