We are looking for a Patient Relations Manager to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all patients. You will handle patient queries, coordinate with therapists, manage feedback, and support patient engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with registration, therapy schedules, and payments.
Address and resolve patient concerns professionally.
Follow up post-treatment and manage feedback.
Support patient engagement activities and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
0-4 years of experience in patient relations or client service (healthcare preferred).
Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
