Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient onboarding, documentation, and service activation.
Act as the primary contact for patients and their families, ensuring high satisfaction.
Liaise with nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, and logistics teams for seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and service updates.
Support daily operations, admissions, and follow-ups.
Handle feedback, queries, and escalations with professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably healthcare or management background).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
