About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient-focused professionals to join our Recare & Wellness team. The role is all about engaging with patients, building trust, and ensuring they continue their dental treatments for better oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients with pending or incomplete treatments. Engage patients with empathy, build rapport, and encourage them to complete their care plans. Schedule appointments and follow up consistently. Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions. Support wellness campaigns, awareness programs, and corporate health drives.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong ability to engage patients over phone calls. Positive, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach. Prior experience in customer engagement/call handling preferred.
