Job duties & Responsibilities-

Attending Incoming And Outgoing Customer Calls,

Clarify Their Queries,

Explain Our Services And Scopes,

Fix Appointment,

Followup Till Walk-In.

Educational Qualifications & Skills-

Thorough Computer knowledge Excellent English & Malayalam communication skills(Verbal ) Good assertive, negotiation & convincing skills Able to multitask and work under strict pressures and deadlines

Candidates with telemarketing, tele sales experience are welcome
