Salary: ₹25,000 -
30,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We're hiring a Patient Relationship Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, patient interactions, and treatment plan enrollments at our premium physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic. This role involves patient acquisition, sales support, and providing an exceptional clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide patients with professionalism and warmth Explain treatment plans and services clearly and confidently Manage appointments, follow-ups, and data using clinic software Support sales and marketing activities (Google/social media/referrals) Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction

Who Can Apply

Bachelor's/Master's in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, or similar field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales/customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome)

Fluent in English and Hindi

Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts
