Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive

Salary Range 22000-35000

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the hair industry or hair transplant clinic.

Experience in skin treatments or aesthetic dermatology is a plus.

We are hiring a Patient Counselor cum Coordinator for our Hair Transplant & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience handling patients, maintaining data, following up, and providing gentle sales support. You must be friendly, professional, and patient-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients on hair transplant and skin procedures

Maintain and update patient data and treatment photos

Follow up with non-booked and ongoing patients

Coordinate with doctors and schedule appointments

Handle light front desk duties as needed

Support the sales/closure of consultations with a friendly approach

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in hair/hair transplant

Skin clinic/aesthetic experience is an added advantage

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer skills (CRM or clinic software knowledge preferred)

Friendly, professional, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,481.47 - ?33,014.53 per month
