Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PATIENT COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE



1. Call Management and Patient Interaction



- Proactively manage and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls for appointment scheduling, queries, and follow-ups.

- Demonstrate strong call-making and attending skills with professionalism, ensuring patient concerns are addressed promptly.

- Efficiently handle challenging patient interactions, offering clear information and solutions with a calm demeanour.

2. Appointment Scheduling



- Use MS Excel and other relevant tools to accurately schedule, organize, and manage appointments for domestic and international clients.

- Support in Implementation of innovative scheduling techniques to reduce patient wait times, ensuring a streamlined experience.

3. Written Correspondence



- Manage written communication on behalf of Dr. Deepak, addressing both internal and external stakeholders.

- Draft clear, professional letters and official correspondences.

- Handle emails related to appointments, prescriptions, and patient inquiries with precision and clarity.

4. Language Proficiency



- Exhibit proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi, ensuring clear, professional communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Post-graduate degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, English, Stenography, or related fields.

Experience in call-making, particularly in call centers or similar environments,

with a strong focus on handling patient calls.

- Strong communication skills in managing calls, crafting written communication, and overseeing financial transactions.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism, especially during patient interactions.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and patient queries.
