Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors
Provide clear information on hospital services, procedures, and facilities
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and administration to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist patients with admissions, discharges, insurance, and referral processes
Maintain positive relationships with patients, relatives, and external stakeholders
Experience: 0-3years (Hospital experience preferred)
Qualification: Any degree
