We are seeking a Patient Relationship Officer to ensure a positive patient experience by handling patient feedback, concerns, and complaints while maintaining strong communication between patients and hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Address patient concerns and complaints professionally
Support patients throughout their care journey
Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve issues
Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality
Ensure confidentiality and patient rights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
