Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate

Patient Relations Officer cum Marketing Executive

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between patients and the hospital, ensuring an excellent patient experience while also contributing to the hospital's marketing and outreach initiatives. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to promoting hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties. Coordinate and participate in health camps, corporate tie-ups, community outreach, and promotional events Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate patient experience; suggest improvements in service quality. Develop relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and community organizations.

Requirements:



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare marketing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
