Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and concerns. Handle patient complaints and provide effective resolutions. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available services. Collect patient feedback and suggest improvements for service quality. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Minimum one year experience in a healthcare or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
